I am a huge fan of the book ‘The Three Levels of Self-Awareness’. The book talks about three different levels of self-awareness. The first is the level of awareness we have when we are asleep. We are unaware of our thoughts, feelings, and emotions. This is a level of self-awareness that is very easy to slip into and become a habit. The second is the level of awareness we have when we are awake.

The third level of awareness is the level of self-awareness we have when we are asleep. We are unaware of our thoughts and feelings; we are unaware of our emotions. This level is what we need to be aware of.

I’m not sure if it’s more “aware” or “aware” than the third level. Because when we are awake, we are aware of thoughts, feelings, and emotions. A lot of people who are self-aware seem to think that this is the only level of awareness we need. In fact this is a level that most people, including me, find hard to get to.
