For example, if the string is “Hello, I’m John D. Smith”, then the “I” in it will be the characters “I” and “H”. If the string is “Hello, I’m John D. Smith, John D. Smith, John D. Smith, John D. Smith, John D. Smith” then the “H” in it will be the characters “H” and “S”.
I’ll be honest. I don’t have many of those types of strings that I used to have, and I don’t know how they work in the modern world. But it makes me wonder if I could call out to someone if my life depended on that string.
It’s a little weird, though. I just said this before, but it was actually a thought. So I can say I’m not a computer-savvy guy, but I’m not sure how it could be.
strpos is a very useful function. It can be used to find the position of an arbitrary string or character in a string. You can also use strpos to get the last occurrence of a string, or in the case of an iterable (array, set), the last occurrence of an item.
